OUR STORY

Our story begins in 1993 when owner ‘Don’ was hungry and discovered a greasy spoon in the middle of a stone quarry. The problem was there was no one cooking there! That’s when he came up with an epiphany: Lisbon needed hot food…GOOD, HOT FOOD….because drivers are people too! Formerly the Quarry Mart Deli, the Hard Rock Grille has been dishing out black angus half-pound burgers, philly cheese steaks and gyros since 1995. We are family owned, love our food and love our community!
